Every visit to this dentist was a more damage to my teeth long term. I Realized the bad work done by 2 dentists at this location when 2 other very professional Dentists explained me how short cuts taken by these unprofessional dentist can damage our teeth in long term.

I had trouble trusting dentists due to bad experiences. I just gave them a try and visited and Dr. Bhandal is amazing . He explains everything before doing the procedure and doesn't rush the patient into making any decisions. Awesome work. This one is gonna be a long one. I booked an appointment with them earlier in the week and was set for Saturday at 12:30 pm. I was later called and told that I couldn't have that timeslot due to en emergency. No issue, I was booked for an earlier time, Saturday 9:45 am. When I arrived, the place was closed. After about 10 mins a team showed up and let me in. I was finally attended at 10:20 am. The dentist looked in my mouth, and told me I need to go to physio, and that the ringing in my ear was tinnitus. Then he looked at me like I wasted his time. I was there for a check up and x-rays, the whole thing. He directed me to the front desk where I was told that more could have been done if there weren't other patients, according to them they basically squeezed me in as a favor. They tried to book me for 1:00pm. That time seem familiar? Ya 30 mins after my original appointment. All of that is honestly whatever. The worst part was that I was charged for the visit.
